I am a 27 year old mother of 4 and wife to the most amazing man ever. Everything in my life is in balance and great except... my weight. I have been overweight since i can remember. My weight loss goal used to be to get back to my pre pregnancy weight. Some how i had convinced myself that was all i really needed to do but if i get real (and i have now) i was fat then too. I weighed 200 pounds and wore a size 16. I was happy with myself then and was healthy and active. But if i think back i was just used to being that big. Even then i had a weight problem but didnt realize it because i was always the smallest in my family except my dad who looks like hes anorexic (hes not). I do not remember weighing less then 200 lbs, i think i weighed that at age13. so when i get real ive always been overweight, its not just "baby weight" like ive been saying for years. Anyway I am VERY active as we have a small farm and i work with my husband nearly everyday. Shoveling poop or mowing the yard, rolling hay or planting my garden. but it seems like the more work or activity i do the more i eat. After i excercise or work i'm sooo hungry, so i'll eat a normal meal with the rest of my family (none of whom are overweight) and i will feel full on a normal sized portion........ then about 30 minutes later: let the feeding frenzy begin. Some how i am MORE hungry then before i ate anything. How does that work? I have no idea, but now i NEED something sweet or high in fat or carbs to FEEL normal again. I dont know what i have done to my body body but something has to give. so here i am , on my weight loss surgery journey
