I would up the exercise... I walk, walk, walk... I find any excuse to get out of my chair. I'm 10 & 1/2 months out. Protein is the first thing I eat, then maybe a bite of veggies & fruit. I also use the myfitnesspal.com to track EVERYTHING I eat. You have to be honest with yourself, for the sleeve to work. If I feel I'm eating too much, I have a protein shake for a meal or one of my snacks! Good luck...

I was taking Biotin & my NUT told me it wasn't necessary. I stopped taking it & noticed more hair loss, Sooooo I'm taking it again, as I feel it helped slow the loss before. It takes a while to get in your system, but I know it works for me! Hope your hair loss slows down. & I hear it's less noticeable with short hair, but I have always had my hair short. Easier to take care of. Good luck.

Also...myfitnesspal.com is great for tracking your food & calories,protein, etc... I'm Doreykn on there.

Eat 3 meals & have a light snack in between... I have multi-grain crackers & cheese. I try not to eat a snack to close to bed or I feel like I'm gonna throw up. My Dr. says 5 to 6 SMALL meals... or drink a small protein shake to get you through the hunger... Good luck.

You tried it & it didn't agree with you, now you know! At least you didn't eat the whole thing. Will power & a sleeve, what a nice combination!

Sounds like you are doing good. The gurgles happen for a while. I'm 3 months out & my daughter can still hear the gurgles across the room...we just laugh! You will find that every day get a little better. My first 2 weeks after were liquid diet. I loved my chicken broth! Good luck!
