My doctor went by my bmi before the 6 month diet. When I was first weighed.

I lost 40 pounds in 6 months all my paper work is being submitted to the insurance for approval. I too was confused about the 6 month diet.

Paper work just got turned in to insurance company. Now just to wait. Hope it all goes well and fast. I am ready!

I didnt tell anyone but my husband, sister and mother i didnt tell my son because he is only 8 and wouldn't understand. I didn't want people to judge me. -

On the 2nd month and lost 14 pounds in a month The nurse said that's the most she has seen in one month usually only 2 pounds she said. Happy Dance for ME.
