Has any one crushed their vitamins and put them in a broth or yogurt.becouse my vits are large?

Im from south wales.i thought I was the only brit on here lol.im glad that im not.and its mad how different our doctors are compared to the american ones.becouse my surgeon said.i dont need to do a preop diet,no protein shakes.and no vitamins hmmm?.so I told him well other people are. and he just laught and said your having the vsg not the bypass. so you dont need all that.did you have a calbration tube to size the stomach.cos mine dont do this either.i asked him how will he know if its the right size for me.he said its down to experience.so we will have to see I guess.how are you feeling.you sound very good an possitive?

Im not having a leak test.they do it wen ur under.

The power plates are a new craze.you stand on them and they vibrate your body at different speeds.10 mins on these is meant to be the equivelent to 1 hour in th gym ? Hmmm

Wey hey .i got my date.20th september.cant wait.its crazy how different surgeons are tho.i have no pre op diet.dont have to take vitamins.he says that only bipass patients have to do all of that.as vsg patients still absorb nutrients.?

Those who where anxcious before surgery.did you find yourself still anxcious after the surgery.or was it like a big relief .that you had finally had it done.and its now time to loose the weight ?.
