I have surgery on May 23rd!!!! I am so excited!!! I need to start my pre-op diet on May 14th, I am dreading it! As the days get closer I am getting super anxious. Anyone have any advice to make the liquid diet easier?!? I am a nurse and I work overnights from 7pm until 7am. I need something that will keep me up but also keep me somewhat satisfied. Any ideas?!?!
