Also, after a week I was able to 1%milk, chewable Vitamins, Protein mix, eggs, low fat/l low carb Soups.. I stayed away anything with broccoli, gives gas..

Banded on 4/5/12, and im having about 500 to 600 calorie's per day..

Well I cut and shredded as much and felt fine i meet with my doc this Friday for 2 weeks.. Soo excited about that..
I know I have no fill I'm suppose to give my body time to heal.. That's the purpose..

Am I the only one.. I started to take a half of chicken breast and chopped it up but I know I'm suppose to be in mushy.. Does that count LOL.. I'm so hungry and when I smell other people foods around lunch time my stomach is growling so loud..

Omg.. I'm with you.. I was banded on April 5 and I'm on the mushy stage and now I'm hungry. I know this is wrong but I took a piece of chicken breast and shredded it and added some oil & vinegar in a bowl and tried to make it mushie, lol. I ate the whole thing , it was the size of half checked finger but it was soo good.. I feel full and I'm okay.. So hope that wasn't too bad.
