It's been three days and my chest is still fill of unmovable gas. Let me know if you find something that helps cause walking isn't working fir me. -

I'm on day three too. I'm down 10lbs! Unbelievable. I'm eating thicker liquids with mo problem loving the 35 g protein ensure. I'm much more hungry today and thsts good because I didn't eating yesterday. The chest pain is the worst. Walked for an hr with no relief. But pain meds help. Panera bread broccoli cheese soup has been a good friend too. Lol think I'll have some now! Hungry again! -
The fluids go down ok it just causes has pain ony chest. As far as I can tell I'm not dehydrated. Thanks for the advice. O look forward to being able to leave the house tommorrow.

So far walking does nothing for my gas pain. Lying still seems to help. I really just need one good burp! My abs are sire but not unbearable. I look forward to day 5. Maybe by then the haas in my chest will be gone. I couldn't eat that much today did anyone else have this problem? I know we need water but I've been working on the same water bottle all day.

Have you tried sleeping in a chair/recliner? It has helped me rest. I'm still fill of had pain on my chest though.

I have no regrets. Don't panic. I found that praying and singing to myself calmed me down. After all God wouldn't bring you this far to leave you. Have a talk with Him. Fear and faith cannot co habitate. Just think of what you will be able to do afterwards.

I have chosen to only tell a few supportive people. I told everyone else I had" lady part" surgery. Since everyone knows and is waiting for me to haver first baby, ultimately future pregnacy plans are a part of mt decision. I just didn't think people would get that thus choice wasn't about vanity. I just want to be a better me. it's no ones business what steps I take todos me happy. -

I had my surgery April 24! So glad it's over. I'm looking forward to the future now. One hard working day at a time.

My hospital experience was great too. I cried until I was put to sleep and the team did all but hug me beforehand. I really made me feel better. They even prayed with me! Big ups to St. James hospital;)

I had my sugery yesterday too! I'm glad Its over. I haven't weighed myself but I'm in the chi too. Let's keep in touch. I'm sooo happy for you! Stay focused.
