I have the same question actually. I also use MyFitnessPal to track all intake. I am averaging about 800 calories daily. I had my lap band surgery May 1st. I do get hungry from time to time but not ravenous. TV ads for food kill me. But, everytime I feel like eating I go look at my surgery wounds.
