  1. Has anyone else noticed that men and women treat you different since losing weight? Men certainly do not hide the fact they stare, hold doors, flirt, and smile more and don't get me wrong, its flattering. Its a great feeling however women become catty and not so nice. Nothing else about me other then my weight has changed. I have actually lost female friends over my weight loss.

  2. I eat what I want in moderation. With that said, If I am craving something, I take a bite. I don't eat the entire thing, just a bite or two usually does it. I don't eat breads anymore but that is something I know is a ” trigger” for me. I loved breads. Ate bread with every meal. Now yes I will take a few bites of pizza or have a half piece of wheat with my egg ON OCCASION, but not daily and it is not even monthly and if I didn't take a bite of something I would be living on a diet and go nuts and eat so much of it I would be sick. I chose healthier options like sugar free fat free yogurt instead of a hot fudge sundae and I get the smallest or kids size when I want ice cream.

  3. I went on our annual vacation last week..... I was able to do roller coasters with NO problems! I fit in them all! My son who is 8 was so happy I went on rides with him! He said it was the best vacation. I cried. I did walk alot though which to me was a NSV as I was able to keep up and at times was able to keep going when everyone needed a break!

  4. How did you even manage a whole slice? I am afraid to try any bread and I am almost 3 months out. I have to say though, I just tell myself I will get sick if I do it and I don't want to waste my calories/ carbs on it. Seems to work for me.... Good luck! You can do this! Don't give in to head hunger!

  5. Saw my pcp for some back pain I am having. I have never had back pains before, even at my heaviest. I thought I did something to cause this but he says that it is my body realigning itself. With a bigger stomach and breasts my body was pulling forward all the time and now I stand straight up and there isn't this huge stomach weighing me forward. Is anyone else experiencing this? He told me to take a muscle relaxer for 5 nights before bed only to break the spasms. Make sure I stretch before exercising and after.

  6. I know about the stalls, I have hit a few so far and I didn't let it get to me however..... I am 9 weeks out and can not get below 200 pounds! I have been in this stall for 3 maybe even 4 weeks! I have tried increasing calories, walking longer, I am joining a gym Friday, hopefully that will help. (I have to get out of the house to with out out I just keep thinking about all the other stuff I could be doing like laundry, organizing closets...etc) I am just venting. I know it will happen eventually but I am starting to freak myself out! Lol thanks for listening!

  7. Haha. I love it and just realized I have it! I have been sitting on the edge of my chair away from my desk, now I know why people look at my weird! I also don't believe people when they tell me I am small! I just recently let go of my size 22/24 to size 16 clothes! I asked my husband to put then in the attic since they didn't fit, when he found out they were bigger and not smaller, he walked them to the curb!!!!.I flipped until he made me step back and take a deep breathe and look at myself. I won't be needing them anymore!
