good luck with the fill Rebecca. You've done well without one. I've plateau several times. I takes me about 3 months to loose 5 lbs. Even with slow weightloss, I love my band!

well I totally blew this month. Can't believe it's almost over. I've been so busy. Here it is 9:30 and i'm barely eating dinner. worked late.... Yea Zannie's son! I think crying definitely burns calories. I went shopping this weekend for some cruise wear. I was able to fit in a few 12's....I've only lost 3lbs but i'll take it... -

Zannie, Sounds good to me. I'm off to slow start too. I was also in car accident, except it was me rear ending a car. So i'm been busy trying to find another car. I sprained my ankle from pressing on the brakes during impact but it's better now. I'm so stressed from this. I'm also still feeling bad. I know waht you mean about the 2 year thing. I'm feeling the same way. Gotta use this tool this year and buckle down. Great job TG. -

hI everyone! I'm here too. Getting a late start. Just got back last night from this week of travel. My allergies are acting up now so feel like poo poo. I'm going to workout 3 times a week for 45min. Congrats Andrea! dancing is so fun. I'd rather do that than a treadmill Welcome redfred -
I missed mine too. Will try harder. Setting new ones too.
-
Tres Chic, I think it is harder to loose weight too for lower BMI. I've only dropped a few lbs since November and it can be frustrating. But I'm definitely healthier. I'm exercising again too so I think now I'm loosing inches. Time to measure. Rebecaa, You're doing great. Dropped sizes and healthier too. I hope your test results come back positive so you can get a fill. I get the same way you do too. Excited about others results but somewhat disappointed in mine, not reaching yearly goal. But I have to step back and realize we are all different and I can't compare myself to anyone. Show those curves off. Be proud! Congrats Simmons75!

Next week I go to Dexter, MI for 2 days then week after NY for 3 days.

TG, Thanks for the advice about iron levels. I go in a few weeks for checkup so i'll get that checked. Today's my hubby birthday so no working out for me. You're having a good week getting your hours in. Congrats on the NSV. I read your thread. That is exciting. I don't like the new format either. I finally figured out how to see the threads I read. For the next two weeks I'll be traveling. Ugh

I wore mine through airport security so I think that's same as metal detector/xray??
-
Yea TG. I did 60 min yoga today. but then I had a small frostee. I'm finding it difficult to concentrate today. Still feel extremely tired.
-
i wear mine at work too. I'm only taken it off a few times for special occasions where I was dressed up.
-
I got in 45min today. Still quite tired. slept til 11 then workout, running errands, then came home at 4 for a nap.
-
I'm exhausted too! I got in 30 min of weights
-
JWood. He is a sweet man. I went for a year checkup last week and he's still funny and takes time to answer my question. He seems to have gotten a lot busier too.

Yea BG. 50 mi what an accomplishment. TG great job with the wkouts. Saturday I did some major cleaning at home and some minor repairs. bodybugg showed for the day burned 2150 cal so feel good about that. Today I did yoga for the first time for a hour and lifted weights for 15min. My legs were shaking in some of those stances. Broke a good sweat. Zannie-that's what's it's about.. an attitude of gratitude.

Trell, You are covered by the blood....
-
Zannie, I totally agree with BG. You are doing amazing things. Now get that college app completed. TG, I even had like a 7min taebo video that was great for a quick morning wkout, just to get the metabolism going. Do any of you still take diet pills or OTC stuff for metabolism?
-
Good job everyone! I did Taebo tonight (Billy Banks videos). I used to love to play volleyball (in my 20's) no diving and blood for me either. BG, Whoa. Did you ever think you'd be riding 50mi. I can't imagine doig that. You definitley have made a gret accomplishment. Zannie, Thanks for tips on Sonic. moving definitely counts as exercise.
-
Great Job TG. I screwed up today. Son wanted sonic so decided to get a java chiller and onion rings. just looked up the nutritional value. 1040 cal total for the two. Ugh!! And no exercise for me today either.... I will get a workout in tomorrow. Son has to work so I will have to leave early at work to get him there. Straight to gym from there BG, I bought one of those body sucker in thingy too. Kept stuff from gigglying

my weekend was fabulous. My husband and I had a wedding to attend so we went shopping for a suit for him. It was fun. I also bought a new black dress. It was a halter dress that came down low in the cleavage. i felt sexy. haven't been there in a while. Hey personal question. Have any of you ever had a brazilian wax? TG - i wish i lots some in my chest circumference. I'm still in a 40 bra. and if i eat too much i'm miserable in bra area.
