I started out at 299 lbs. Now 19 months out weighing 173ish and wearing a size 8 to my surprise and I'm 5'6 tall I believe that anything is doable. I want u to take in to a count on ur body frame not all are the same.

I'm not judging ur friend but the reason they want her to stop smoking is because it delays the healing progress of the surgery plus when it come to marijuana it stays in the system longer

am a size 9 1/2 wide or a 10 wide but with 130 weight lost now I only wear a regular size 9 or 10 but I notice it when I was down 75 pounds -

I know how you feel exactly the way you feel what I do is when people tell me the number that I lost like 25 or 50 pounds i agree with them. if anybody asks me I just tell them its only been 50 pounds but in reality I lost 130 but I just don't be telling everybody how much I lost I just got them guess and I just agree with their number -

Okay call your doctor ASAP this happened to me on the 2nd of January and ended up in ER and the next thing you know I'm the surgery table. I never had kids so I can't compare to labor pain but it was painful to the point that cloud not walk and breath normal -

U went to the Nut before the holidays began and that was my same question about the tamales so she told me I can do it better just use less masa (dough) and more meat or cheese. Yes high protien and less sugar

LOL it depends what bad is okay if is 1 serving then for me has to be less then 15 grams. The goal after the surgery is to keep the sugar low.

I crush my pills up to 3 months post op and cleared from the doctor. After 3 months I swallow them whole.
