'0Went for my 2 week follow up I am down 23lbs.... that includes my 1 week preop loss of 10 lbs..

My daughters school is going on their 6th grade field trip to Epcot and I am signed up to go. I had surgery April 18 and the trip is April 27. I feel good its a 4 hr bus ride up and back. I feel good but dont want to over do it.. Any sugestions???

I had surgery on tuesday April 18th and no pain meds since friday at 8pm think i am good to drive?? Dr never said I could not drive just not to lift anything over 5lb?????

I was sleeved on the 18th. @ 830 in the am. was up walking the halls by 530 i so did not want the gas. I have a great recovery I am still not eating or drinking so much. I have a cup with water in it that is 44 onces i have drank maybe 15 and i have had jell-o and little spagetti sause. I have to learn how to sip i have always used a straw. Good Luck everyone it is a journey that I am happy to be on cannot wait to see the final results. Only hard this is that today is my 10th anniversary and would love to have lobster.

Can i eat applesause during my 1 week liquid diet? Thanks

Mine is April 18 find out today what time I have to be there. So cant wait for my new journey to a thinner ME
