It is not enough to reduce weight. You have to do some extra activities. You did not wrote about eating habits. which type of foods do you eat. Only exercise is not enough for weight loss. you have to do other activities like swimming, running, walk, jogging etc. Neglect all the oily, fat and high Protein foods items. Use fresh fruits and boiled vegetables mostly. Also drink 8 to 10 glasses of Water. It help to minimize and burn fat quickly.
