Lol....I've been craving foods I hate lol....and the smells always seem to intensify lol.....it was so hard at first I just wanted to sleep NY day away lol

They told me I might depends on how well I do after surgery....I told my hubby I was gonna try my best not to be a baby lol but we both now I have a very low tolerance for pain lol. I had a laparoscopic surgery before and I was such a baby lol

Oooh that's early lol but hopefully you won't have to stay overnight! I'm hoping I don't have to stay overnight at all but in case I do I have everything in order

I wish mines was that early lol, I know the excitement will keep me up and once I finally get to sleep I'll probably wake up extra early lol.

It should get easier....you should start getting used to it soon. The only thing that made it hard for me was because I had to cook for my husband

I've lost 8lbs on the liquid, 28 in total. I'm not as hungry anymore I'm getting used to it now, I'm just so excited and pray everything just goes right and that I continue to lose this weight and fast once its over....

I'm definitely proud of myself I've lost 26 lbs, I can finally fit my wedding ring!

Oh its been hard from day one...I'm getting used to it but its hard because I have to cook for my family...I am craving everything even foods I don't like! I have 3 more days til my optifast diet is over, then 2 days clear liquid then surgery in 25th

First step is go to a seminar, find your surgeon and meet with them afterwards they should be able to tell you what to do from there

Yes its pretty normal, I drink 6 shakes a day and I'm starving lol I'm on day 8 of mines, my surgery is scheduled for the 25th when is yours?

I'm so excited and anxious! I'm ready for this.....well not for more liquid diets lol but I'll get thru it

Thanks Jim....I've already planned my meal cuz the day I get to eat solid foods lands on my bday...but I'm not going crazy....I feel at the rate I'm going I could be out of my 200's in July. Last time I was under 200 I was in high school, I'm very excited to see the lbs drop while I'm on this liquid diet

Its a killer, I'm getting used to it tho....I've been on it for a week and I've lost 6lbs already. I'm sooo hungry and everybody around me is eating my favorite and least favorite foods lol.....its funny cuz I'm craving my least favorite foods lol....but I'm doing good,

I'm 240 right now, I started at 263 I lost 20 before liquid diet, 3 on the liquid diet

5-10 lbs is the average weight loss during the pre-op diet

I am happy I didn't give into temptation. I want to lose 100-110 lbs. My dr said my body might not let me get past 150 due to the build of my body but I wanna be as far from 200 as possible lol.

Today was so hard with my liquid diet. I got invited to a bday party and the food smelled great and being passed all around me while I enjoyed my optifast shake..... after a while I decided It was time to leave for some peace but my husband had to eat and decided to stop by arby's and I had to hold the bag.....the ride home.....I felt it was just better to just go home n go to sleep, 8 more days until this optifast is over 10 more days til surgery... although I don't like this it'll definitely be worth it
