Little difficult to decipher exactly what your saying here because most letters are missing from half the words in your sentence. But I believe what you are saying is that you are basing your decision to have surgery on the chance that it MIGHT correct the symptoms of PCOS. There is no yes or no answer to that question. For some women, the weight loss does correct their symptoms and for some women it does not. There is no guarantee.

Is Chardonnay considered a clear liquid?
Ailly replied to Raven21's topic in Post-op Diets and Questions
Typically want to avoid alcohol prior to surgery. For one you are attempting to shrink your liver, making it process alcohol, is making it work harder. Alcohol also dehydrates you which is exactly the opposite of what you want to be doing. Even just a glass.. its best to avoid. -

10,000mcg Biotin daily

In those instances you'd take the medication with just enough water to get them down. I do this with my Biotin.

Will I Be Completely Weak On So Little Fuel?
Ailly replied to amytug's topic in Gastric Sleeve Surgery Forums
I am hypoglycemic, 3 1/2 weeks post op and average 370 - 480 calories a day. Three meals, three snack, multi-vitamin, b-12. I have plenty of energy and sleep very well at night now. The only carbs I get are usually from the one cup of milk I have every night with my protein powder. Friend me on myfitnesspal if you'd like. I'm sure you'll be fine. Best wishes! -
Question About Taking Meds Post-Op
Ailly replied to DebLW's topic in PRE-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
Not the case at all. I'm on several medications that I resumed taking the day after surgery. Some surgeons advise against time release pills because they don't sit in your stomach long enough. My surgeon says no medication in capsule form unless I open the capsule because they usually don't stay in the stomach long enough to dissolve. But not all surgeons have the same rule. The best thing for you to do is talk to your surgeons office about this AND take comfort in knowing that a lot of us on here take medication with no problems post-op. -

Stomach Dent And Bad Inscision Pain?
Ailly replied to Fallenangel2904's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
Most stores that sell maternity clothes should have the bands. You can also look on motherhood.com they have plus size maternity clothes so I'm sure they have larger belly bands as well. -
Stomach Dent And Bad Inscision Pain?
Ailly replied to Fallenangel2904's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
You could try a pregnancy belly band. Some find those really helpful right out of surgery. I'm not a back sleeper either and had trouble with that too. I have to be on my right side to fall asleep. I lined pillows along my right side in bed and slowly turned onto them resting my belly and left leg on the pillows. It kept the muscle from pulling and allowed me to sleep on my side comfortably. I did that for about two weeks. -
Stomach Dent And Bad Inscision Pain?
Ailly replied to Fallenangel2904's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
I have a dent also. At three weeks post op, its gone down some, but still remains visable. Its where the surgeon went through the muscle and removed the stomach. I still feel the muscle pain a bit because, at two weeks post op, I turned the wrong way too suddenly and pulled the muscle. A heating pad really helps. -
Sometimes just talking about it with someone can make a world of difference.
