I know this sounds crazy but I was seriously addicted to Diet Coke drinking around 6 cans a day. I have been weening myself off it for a week and a half now and yesterday was my first whole day without it. I heard that drinking soda while banded can cause slippage, pouch expansion, and other complications. Hope I can stick to abstaining from it

I love that your family is taking care of everything and telling you to rest, great support system! I wish I could give advice but I am not having surgery until July because of my work schedule 20 lbs is awesome!
