I too was sleeved on 9/17 ... (Sleeve Sisters) , I have lost 36 pounds , I only weigh myself once a month so I do not get discouraged with the fluxuating weight . I too am on MFP and I noticed when I not as careful with my calories is when I see a bigger weightloss that month ... I do tend to get in all my water ....So I also would like to know the answer to this

Jknight , Have you tried to talk to her and put it all on the table ? Good , bad or indifferent ? ... Maybe you should just approach her and say I realize the tension or I think we need to sit down and discuss where this is going ....

Southern sleever .....yes it should be pretty grown out .....like dont shave for about 5-6 weeks

I have been going every 6 weeks or so for the last 6 years ......the hair grows back slowly and in my opinion light .....it doesnt itch like shaving does

I agree with Frza .... Once you do it you will never go back to shaving .... They see so many a day , ( with no disrespect ) yours will not be any big deal to them .... However just take a deep breath and walk in there with all the confidence and be proud of what you have accomplished so far ..... Good luck

I was sleeved on 9/17 , I started at 230 , Lost 10 pre-op and 10 post -op and nothing since .... It is frustrating however I have to admit I see a change as far as inches ... I am trying to see the positive aspect ... We are all experiencing the same issues ... Good luck to us all .... -
I was 3 weeks out this monday and tried a zumba class on tuesday , Lets just say I was not ready ... So I would be intrested in the responses to this question

I was sleeved on sep 17th and returned to work on sep 24 ..... 1 week off for me however I have a desk job , good luck -
Don't be , your sleeve is a tool and will let you know when you've had enough. Just remember to eat slow

I was sleeved 9/17 and only my husband , sons and mom know ... No one else ... I already made it a habbit to go to the gym at lunch every day so they really see me eating less and just don't question it ..... -
