that is great! I was a size 22 and now a 14, What a feeling! I still have my Fat girl head on, I can figure out how to get rid of her! GREAT for you, keep it up!

I feel the same way, I am trying to keep on top of the water i intake, and I started drinking some tea in the morning, it's hot as He@# here, but I find if I have the hot tea 1st I can take in a little more. I still believe the heat is doing some weird to my band! hope you feel better!
