    Hi all sorry been away again so much going on. My company was sold and my whole department will be losing our jobs in February. Been here 12 years and don't know what I will do I am creeping up on 50 and it will be tough to find something but oh well obstacles are always there. I have stayed good on my journey not where I want to be but still losing so I am happy abut that. Breakfast Fiber one bar lunch Chili and cheese dinner chicken Breast and veggies snack Yogurt and Granola No exercise been depressed need to get motovated

    @ natalie I know I can do this just have to stay focused and remember my goals I am determined to make this work I have packed my gym clothes and booked a hotel with the workout room! @ lose_it I fell off for a while too all that matters is for you to get back on track and you will see results.     I am Back I have had a rough month My brother in law passed away he was my age had a heart attack and they brought him back but he was with out oxygen for too long we had to take him off life support and it was horrid needless to say I did not take care of myself but I am back on track Breakfast Egg white bake amer cheese slice on arnold round lunch chicken Chili Soup dinner Chicken Breast Sweat Potato Natalie You are looking good girl you should be so proud of yourself!

    natalie I have a cheat day which I will go out with my boyfriend and we may get chinese or a sub or taco's just remember Portion Control and to chew well. My meal always last for 2 or more meals he calls me a cheap date now LOL I had a fill wednesday and finally feel the restriction everyone talked about which is great for me. I hit 40 lbs down this weekend so that made me feel wonderful.
