    Have a great time. Just choose healthy foods and chew chew chew but enjoy as well! I have had no issues with foods yet so I am thankful I get a fill June 15th.

    Exercise Program

    Not sure if anyone else has noticed but since losing 29lbs I don't find that the excercise is as hard as it was before the weight loss I was on the treadmill and usually after 1/2 hour my heart rate would go over 200 and I would need to stop now it is steady at 140 yippee!!!

    I have gone back to my old foods but smaller portions Grilled chicken breast, Steak, haddock, turkey breast and Veggies remember to eat Proteins first then veggies and finally carbs (mashed Potato's) I find that I can only get my protein and veggies in before I am full.

    Gas

    I still have only been able to get 4-6 glasses of water in a day feel too full if I try and push over that I have been burping more than I ever have so not having too much gas pains anymore

    Congrats Debbie on your inches lost Sleepyone good luck on the follow up I am sure you will see a change Daisy that is wonderful that you are able to shop at a regular store you should be poud of what you have accomplished I am excited that since starting real foods again I am still losing weight and have not been too hungry yet.

    Thank you whymomwhy. Its been a rough couple days. After downing lots of Water, prune juice, as well as miralax this morning I was able to pass most of this evening but it hurt like heck. I am still having a lot of cramping and pain down there, so just drinking and resting. I know I need to get back on my eating plan, exercise and Protein goal. i have felt so unwell I haven't eaten much. Tomorrow is a new day. Breakfast - 4oz Vitamin water w/ miralax, 4oz prune juice lunch - 1/3 cup tilapia with salsa, 1/4 cup broccoli and tomato dinner - 3 pieces grilled shrimp (with garlic sauce), 1 broccoli spear Didn't get any exercise in today. Glad your feeling a little relief but remember you will help yourself if you walk It helps push things through your system and the pain will go away once you get it regulated I promise I am so much better and more regular now.

    I go to the Doctors tomorrow for my 4 week check I have had a cold for the last 2 weeks and My port is really sore....I got stuck for the first time today drinking water Hoping everything is ok. Starting to feel hungry between meals which I haven't had to deal with yet so I have been lucky my doctor won't fill until 6 weeks post op so have to stay strong and watch my food intake VS excercise output. I am down 25lbs since I started the journey.

    @ Daisychains7 Sorry you had a rough Day get plenty of Water and walk walk walk it helps! I used milk of magnesia and it did the job for me. Hope you feel better soon @mdfinch Good for you for pushing yourself awesome burn at the gym! @Lose_it Zumba is fun and a great workout so go find a class and burn off the weight while having fun! @honeiichyld be careful make sure you chew well and follow the doctors orders as they have done this a hundred times....     Exercise Program

    I was told by the doctor to excercise 40 minutes a day for at least 4 days I plan on going 5 days a week and yoga on tuesday nights.

    Please Don't Hate Me But I Gotta Ask......

    I am 3 weeks out and no fill in my band I have just started to feel hungry today I won't get a fill until 6 weeks post op and am still on mushy foods. I am hoping to go on solids this friday as I have had no issues.

    May 29 2012 Breakfast coffee w/ 1% milk 1 Equal 1/4 Scrambled Egg Whites w/ shredded cheese and Jalepenos lunch Campbells Tuscany soup 1/2 cup Oikos vanilla yougurt w/ fresh blueberries dinner 2oz Steak 2tbs mashed potato's and Gravy Asparagus snack Muscle Milk w/ 1/3 cup 1% milk 1 SF popsicle Excercise 15 min walk at lunch 30 min treadmill at gym Fighting a cold so haven't felt great but trying to keep up my excercise and Protein intake I am down on the protein so may have to up the shakes to 2 again. I meet the DR. on friday so hopefully all goes well and I can move to solids.

    Hi Sorry have been away on vacation my neice graduated and we drove down to west Virginia I packed my food so I wouldn't have to try and find something to eat at the rest stops. Here is my food from yesterday.... Breakfast 1 scrambled egg with shredded cheese and Jalepeno's lunch 1 chicken breast with Hot sauce 2tbs red potato salad dinner 2 hotdogs with american cheese snack 1 SF popsicle Water 9 glasses

    I also get hungry and it must be like this as our swelling goes down and the food just falls through this is the tough part I think. I have used Water to help with the hunger and it seems to help as well. Breakfast 1 egg scrambled coffee w/ milk and 1 equal lunch 1 cup Chili no Beans dinner 4 Shrimp 1/2 cup wheat angel hair snack 5 green olives Pepper jack cheese 2 pieces' 10 cups water throughout the day
