Ask away!!! Only way i ever figured thigs out was by asking lots and lots of questions...I pretty much with out a doubt believe this was the best thing i have ever done for myself. Being the age i was it did take me a lil while to realize this was a tool..and that i had to add effort..working out/eating healthier, to actually be successful. Im glad i did it at a younge age..Hope this helps u out..i dont mind questions at all
