    New Clothes

    Just bought my first size 12 since I was in high school. I'm down 50 lbs. I'm so excited about the change in clothes size.
  2. Pork and Turkey Jerky great source of protein, low fat and carbs. There is 15 gm of protein in one serving. If you get the 3.25 oz bag it is 45 gms of protein.
  3. Sleeved 4/3/12 started at 230 down 47 lbs. have gone from size 20 to 14 and they are getting baggy.

    I Was sleeved 4/3/2012 and I started experiencing hair loss about 3 weeks ago and it is really bad. Anyone have a solution or something that slows down the process?

    Everyone that was sleeved around the first week of April please respond how you have excelled your weight loss, ie.... What type of exercise , how often etc. thank you for responding.
  7. What an amazing message, I really needed to read it....I'm 4 months out and have lost 46lbs and proud of the loss.
  8. I'm all most four months out and feel great. I have lost 46lbs, gone from a size 18/20 to a size 14. I love having a much smaller stomach and not constantly thinking of food. Worth very penny I had to pay.
  9. In 3 months have gone from 230 to 188. I'm so happy to be in the 180's!!!!!

    5 Week Stall

    Im 55yo and I'm battling a 5 week stall. It is so frustrating, especially since I have been following all the rules. Sleeved on 4/3 and have lost 38 lbs, any suggestions to break the stall?

    I do well to get 500-800 calories a day. I also watch my carb intake and keep it below 50.
  15. Don't know what the scale says but I'v gone from a size 18 to a size 14. Super excited after 10 weeks.

    Finally Seeing The Changes

    I stopped weighing because I was getting so depressed by the stalls and I'm a slow loser. Much happier now. I also figured out I had to keep my carbs under 50 gms per day. Which has helped my weight loss.

    What Are You Guying Eating At 2 Months

    I eat anything I want but I focus on my protein and fluids. I eat cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, cheeses, beef, chicken and pork. Also shrimp and fish.

    When did you have your sleeve done? I waited 8 or so weeks before I had one. I don't drink them often but I do drink one occasionally. I haven't had any problems but drink it very slowly.

  24. Julie76 Did you excercise and if yes how many times a week and what did you do? We are basically the same I started out at 230 and I'm 5'8 would love to weigh 150 some day.

    Psychological Issues

    The depression is the hardest for me. I can for go the food aspect but can't get past the crying for no reason and being angry all the time. Going to GYN next week in hopes of getting the hormones under control and moving forward. Love the sleeve but I'm probably morning the loss of my life as I knew it before surgery. My poor husband thinks I have lost my mind.
