Ha!!! yeah that's what I said, and now I am like "NOOOOO my booty is gone!" I would like to stop the weight loss personally
-
well there is a fine line between looking thin and looking gaunt. It can happen anytime- it has happened to me but I put a stop to that with a quickness. My concern is that I continue lose weight and I don't want to. My weight was stable for a while, but since I started in this new position the weight is sliding off again. I do eat-3 meals but find myself being hungry in between (which was not happening before) this job does require more activeness, so I am wondering if I need to increase my caloric intake. Any thoughts?

I am done losing weight and am actually not in love with being this small (I know it's crazy). I am still getting comfortable in my own skin. I have some loose skin-not much but would like my butt and breasts back. I have more energy and feel pretty healthy. Overall I do not miss being heavy, am glad to have had the surgery

8 week post op eating options
BRINGSEXXYBACK13 posted a topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
Hello I am 8 weeks post op tomorrow, and have been doing relatively well with the eating. I am a salad lover, and am so missing those foods. I am scared to start eating raw veggies and wonder how I should begin this process? I am also dying to have some oatmeal but am hesitant. Any suggestions are welcome. -
Hair loss...does it ever come back?
BRINGSEXXYBACK13 replied to Jengarcia055's topic in PRE-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
I took Collagen, and Hair Skin and nails 8 months prior to surgery. SO far I have experienced a little hair loss around the hairline, but am back to taking my collagen and will start the hair skin and nails regime next month. -
Will anything ever taste good again?
BRINGSEXXYBACK13 replied to theladyslipper's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
I am in the same boat. I am 6 weeks post op, and it can be hit or miss. I had to get off the protein premier shake routine because it was making me gag. Real food does taste best (sometimes) but a lot of things don't taste so good. I am frustrated by this and it often makes me not want to eat. I am forcing myself to eat but I will be honest- it's still a struggle. I have ordered the unjury Protein shakes but has anyone added fruit to it? I figure this will allow me to get the necessary Vitamins and calories has anyone done this before? I am open to anything. -

Hello- I am new to this site (well I have come through and read others stories so not really). I have struggled ALL my life with my weight. I have tried EVERYTHING, and the weight will come off, but some how end up right back on if not more so. I have become so discouraged that I have all but given up. For the last 3.5 years I have been absolutely miserable, clothes dont fit, I have decreased energy, I am sweaty, and now seem to snore ALL the time ( I NEVER snore). I attribute this to the increase in meat on my bones. It's funny because people who don't have weight issues can ALWAYS provide you with "easy" answers. LOL I don't want to go anywhere because I don't feel good about my appearance. Being smaller doesnt solve all of life's problems (this I know), but it sure as hell makes life a "little" more easier not to mention enjoyable. I have made a concious decision to have this surgery to take back my life. I am scheduled to have it 4/20, in Mexico, but have questions. Anyone have it done at Jerusalim Hospital? How was your treatment? Recovery? Any words of wisdom anyone can offer I would be ETERNALLY gratefull. I don't have much support from my family members who seem to think I am taking the "easy" way out. Or who think my weight gain isnt that bad. I am 5'4" and weigh a good 270ish-I stopped getting on the scale cuz it was damn depressing. More than anything else I need words of encouragement as I am not getting that at home.
