No infection is not the same..a hematoma is formed when you have a tear and a blood clot forms. It was incredibly painful and eventually dissolved at 8 weeks.. One of my internal stitches ripped open when I sneezed and a small hematoma formed. I was very happy when the site finally felt better.

I have been wondering this for awhile. I know that with healthy eating, exercise, and the sleeve, you will lose weight..I am living proof of that. However as your weight loss slowed, did you try medications or supplements, ei Ally, phentermine, hoodia, ect ect to help your progress along? Thought I would put it out there. Thanks for your answers in advance.

Let me tell you..it had been years since I saw it without moving something and to my surprise I was laying on the bed..I caught something out of my eye..thinking it was my cat..and I started kicking until I realized it was attached and good grief it was my muff..LOL..time to trim!!!

Hang in there tabby! I wasn't able to eat something in a reasonable amount until I was 3-4 months out..I threw up anything fried and still do and I am now 5 months out..hang in there it gets better...

Honestly you aren't alone I tried to ride a wooden roller coaster at Six Flags in San Antonio, TX. I couldn't fit and my daughter started to cry, and rode with her daddy. And all in front of about 100 people waiting in line..but I didn't dispair..I knew I was working my way to surgery and was getting the help I needed. Hold your head high because soon..you'll be riding whatever you want!!!!

A slider food is a food that goes down without any pain and usually you can eat more than the recommended 1/4 - 1/2 cup serving size. You hear a lot of people saying cheese puffs, chips, crackers, or something of the like are their slider foods..mine is grapes.

Everything Butterthebean said..but I will add this..I became lactose intolerant after my surgery..severely lactose intolerant..so that eliminated a lot on the puréed list for me. Cottage cheese was one of my favorite foods..I got very good at making soft meat purees that contained no milk products...also I used soy milk as well..I couldn't tolerant lactose free milk at all. So with that said, if you have explosive diarrhea..it could be the milk causing it. Now that I am 5 months out, I tolerate small amounts of milk and milk products..and I mean a very, very small amount!

Ok..I am gonna play the devil's advocate here.........what did granny panties ever do to you to deserve your shunning of them? Did they not provide you comfort? Did they not protect your "good" panties from being soiled when you menstrated? Did they not keep you wedgie free and best of all cottony dry? Did she not caress your tushy gently without chaffing? Why..with such discrimination, it's hard to believe the granny panty has stood the test of time..but she has and will forever be there when you need her. She will never be as sexy as that little black lacy thong, but she will be loyal to the end. Thank you granny panty..you will always have a special place in my underwear drawer...
