How are ya'll calculating this number? Percentage of excess weight loss? I found instructions on how to calculate it at live strong .com but I am not sure it's correct..I have lost 103 # when I calculate where I want my weight to be ..it shows I am only at 50%excess weight loss..and that's at 170..so I am confused

Make it an annual convention and that would be fun! Invite all vendors who deal with bariatrics, exercise equipment vendors...the list goes on and on...and have informational workshops..I know..I am such a nerd!

Hi I am lactose intolerant from surgery and could tolerate Unjury protein powder..google it for more information. I mixed my shakes up with Light Soy milk ..it had 27 grams of protein for an 8 oz shake when all was done. I am 6 months out and can tolerate small amounts of milk now without having explosive diarrhea within 5 minutes of drinking it. I also enjoy the EAS Advantedge Carb Control..and while it does contain some milk..I don't think it's enough to bother with because I have been drinking it since 1 month out and tolerated it fine.

In two days I will post my 6 month anniversary pic...but for now I wanted to show what I can wear. Since I have lost..I can now wear cute scrubs and not pay an arm and a leg for them!! My sleeve is working its magic!

Yeah..I know. But for now..I have asked my administrator to leave it while I am on my journey. So when I begin to doubt myself, want to eat something I shouldn't, or just put myself down like I used to, all I have to do is look down and see just how far I have come. But, I know that my picture change is coming soon, because people aren't recognizing me anymore!!

Ok I am almost 6 months out. I was cheering at my daughter's soccer game and they won the championship game. I jump up, raise my arms above my head, scream, and begin to feel faint. I sat down immediately and got better. Anyone experience this? I haven't. I am afraid it's my heart..weakened maybe. I sure hope not. Anyway..I plan on going to my PCP to check on it. Anyone else experience this?
