I would eliminate the bread and just eat the eggs. You can also try tuna and tilapia. Chili is nice on the sleeve. It goes down smoothly. Turkey with a piece of cheese wrapped in it. The baby bel cream cheese tastes so good too. Cottage cheese with a little spaghetti sauce in it nuked for a sec is yummy too.

I need snack ideas that are non protein, non dairy and low carb. I hit my protein limit by my dinner but if I want a snack later, I need suggestions mon what I can have that fit the above guidelines. Any suggestions?

I laid in a bed, on my side the moment I got out of recovery and taken to my room. Sleeping in a bed was never an issue. -

I use either the premiere vanilla shakes which has 30g of protein per shake or the amplified wheybolic extreme 60 from GNC which has 60g of protein per shake. -
