So tonight I was taking a bath and I realized that I fit in the tub a whole lot better. My hips are not stuck up against the sides as much and the water actually flows behind me. BUT more importantly, when I looked in the mirror afterwards, I could actually see my girl parts for the first time in 3 years. Lolol

Glad that I am not alone. This is such a slow process.

Praying for your father in law -
I love my nexium. I take one each morning and am good to go all day long.
-
I retain tons of fluid too. Every morning I wake up and my hands look like balloons. I just keep drinking tons of water and in a few hours, all the water leaves my body especially if I go workout. The more you drink, the more it comes out.

March And April Sleevers How Are You Doing? What Are You Really Eating? (Confessions)
rodswife replied to Anewlifeforme23's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
I was sleeves April 2 and I am down 28lbs. I get in all my protein and liquids. I eat chicken, fish, eggs, tuna and cheese. I go to the gym for an hour 5 days a week and I do not eat anything that is not on the doctors plan. I feel I'm losing weight way too slowly but it is coming off. -
I did too. Your body is just adjusting to everything it went through. Iv's, surgery, trauma. You are swollen inside your body as well. Trust me, you will lose it. It's impossible to gain it at this stage in the game. You just have to heal up a bit.

I eat actual seaweed. You can get little snack packs at any Asian market. 15 calories, 1 carb and no fat. It's an acquired taste but mmm mmm so good.

It was on our list too per our nutritionist but our surgeon had her pull it off because of the creatin. Too early out without enough calories, it could damage your kidneys and livers. Plus it's a weight gainer. Do you really want that? -

You want to wait until you are getting in enough calories. Creatin helps you bulk your muscles. You want a protein that doesn't have creatin in it. You want the first ingredient to be whey protein but keep reading the ingredients. My doc told me to stay away from body fortress because it could make me sick right now. -

It is good but the creatine that is in it can hurt you this early out in this surgery. -

Stay away from body fortress so early out because it has creatin in it and with you not getting in enough calories, it could actually hurt you. -
