It isn't good for newly sleeved people because it has creatin in it and that can harm your liver and kidneys because you are not taking in a lot of calories. Also, creatin is a weight gainer. I posted the warnings about it here last weeks.

The tuna and chicken I sometimes put light mayo and mustard in but not all the time. Sometimes I just eat it from the can. The tilapia I bake in the oven with some lemon pepper and a slice of lemon. -

I eat tuna, Tyson 98%fat free chicken in a can, tilapia, eggs, chili, cheese and veggies. I stay away from dairy and I keep my carbs below 25 a day. I eat turkey on occasion too. It just depends on the day and what I have. -
Not sure about the staples but im 6 weeks post op too and every time I eat chicken, I feel the same way you do and I'm not suffering a leak. So maybe that will help you sleep a little better. Some peoples sleeves just can't tolerate chicken this early out. If you chewed well, it's probably just a tolerance matter. Don't sweat it unless you are having excruciating stomach pain, fever etc.

It will happen girl. Just keep the faith. My kids are 21, 15, 13, 11, 2 and 1. My younger two are 19 months apart and very much like twins. It gets exhausting but I wouldnt trade it for anything in the world. They keep me young. Ill be praying for you. -

Thank you. I do 30 minutes of cardio a day. I usually walk/run on the treadmill or mix it up between the treadmill and the elliptical and then I do about 20 to 30 minutes of strength training a day as well. I do this 5 days a week. I should probably be doing more but I have 6 kids and just cant invest any more time at the gym. -

Is anyone else tired of hearing the words sip and walk? Maybe it's just me but those two words irritate the hell out of me now.

Hahahahah all very good suggestions and something different than sip, sip, sip, walk, walk, walk. Grrrrr lol

Try freezing your protein shake. Maybe if you eat it like ice cream, it will go down smoother. -
Congrats. That's awesome. I was sleeved 4/2 and I'm down between 26-28lbs depending on the day. Lol

As anyone measured themselves and see that they are losing inches but the scale keeps going up? I don't want to hear throw away the scale because that's just not going to happen. I just want to know if this is a reality to anyone else.
