@gettinmeback I am on soft foods like eggs, tuna, etc. I also eat soft fruits and Greek yogurt a lot. -

I was sleeved on August 16. At four weeks out I was down 40 pounds. This is including my 3 day pre op diet where I lost 13 pounds. I weigh on Thursday and I'm hoping to be down an additional 5 pounds at least. Great job you guys! -

I use chobani plain Greek yogurt to make my tuna. Ups the protein soo much without the fat from mayo, and tastes great! I also add cayenne pepper, and when I'm cleared I'll add chopped green peppers and onions. Yum! -
Need New Suggestions To Relieve Gas Pain

Hey everyone, My friend is currently two days post op and still in the hospital and she's having some bad gas pains. Walking and drinking tea are not helping at all. Does anyone have any other suggestions to try and relieve the pain? She's willing to try different stretching positions. Thanks. -

You're just a doll. You are sooo pretty and look like an entirely different person. You must be so proud! I love seeing stories like this, especially from AA sleevers because I can relate to them more. I feel like I will look like an entirely different person too because my chubby face takes away from my beauty I feel like. Thanks so much for sharing!
