    Fainting?!?!?

Always drink a high protein shake after workout, then eat the meal...water before, during workout...plus maybe do lighter workouts like plain walking for a month or two...then try it again

    Alcohol?

Its always best to ask Doc but i would just recommend you drink all your daily liquids and vitamins during the day before you drink...that way all your requirements are met because i usually wake up with horrible hangovers if i dont drink my water...now i even drink a protein shake beforw i go out clubbing
  5. Hey all, i've been having slight sensitivity around my stomach mainly around the insicions...has anyine had this months after post op...no pain just sinsitivity to the touch but no actual pain

    Refried Beans

Mix them with an egg...i eat eggs and beans all the time maybe it will help...tiny bites and chew chew chew
  10. The way I got thru any doubts was meeting people who have had the surgery and YouTube...look at videos of people and their success or talk to people...I have a cousin tha weighed 574 lbs and now weighs 280 lbs...just seeing him was motivation for me... I joined him on This journey weighing in at 374 lbs I am 3 moths out and weigh 285...a few months after your surgery when you weigh around 300 lbs you'll think twice about eating unhealthy...youll buy new fresh looking clothes you'll be out and about having the time of your life

    Pre Surgery And Not Losing

Shake for breakfast...one bottled water In between shake for lunch water, boiled chicken breast and salad ( veggies only no dressing use lemon as dressing) do this and you will lose 15-20 lbs... It is hard but if you can do it now it won't be as hard after surgery...this whole journey is 95% mental...be strong and smart and your whole journey will succeed....ITS ALL MENTAL...You Got This!!!

    16 Mos Out...disappointed

plain and simple too many calories...you should eat healthier not less...fat free cheeses, little/no cooking oil, low carbs <60 per day...this isn't the way you eat forever just until you get to goal..I was told to have 800 calories or less plus 70oz of water...eat protein first and it fills you up longer...this shoul have been done for the first 6 months to a year
