I haven't had much of a response but am willing to start with a small group, what night suits everyone? -
Hi, No you are good, it just takes awhile for your body to adjust. I would stall and then drop 5-10lbs, I am sure you are doing just great! Good luck!

Hi All, I am looking to start a support group in Cornelius, NC. I own a coffee shop in Cornelius and am looking to host an evening for both those you are about to have surgery and those that have already had it. I had surgery in Mexico and find that I am falling off the wagon so to speak, I just think it will be good to swap idea's and stories. Anyone interested please let me know. Thanks, Charlie

When I was in MX one of the ladies had their band removed due to it eroding in her stomach, I have heard that about a few of them. -
Has anyone had any complications with Dr Garcia doing the sleeve?

Hi All, I am so excited, I am down 70lbs as of today!! I was sleeved in Mexico on 10/09/12, it has been quite the journey so far, it hasnt been the easiest but its great. I am still learning what to eat but at least m stomach lets me know if it doesnt like something! I havent started exercising but joined the Y yesterday so Ill be at it tomorrow. To all the old sleevers thank you for posting on here, it really motivated me and to the new sleevers, dont think twice about having the surgery, just do it!! Its so wonderful to feel comfortable with your body and not feel like the monster in the room all the time. Being fat is so restricting on life and I am finally starting to enjoy mine! I am adding some pics, the 1st one is close to my heaviest, the 2nd is about 3 weeks ago, the 3rd is Christmas day. Life is good :-) Charlie

Take extra bandages as they don't give you many when you go back to the hospital, don't forget the gas x, it will help you a lot! I didn't care much for the broth at the hotel so might want to take some packets of broth. If j think if anything else ill let you know. -
