    Sleeved 10/09 down 38lbs post surgery and 20 pre surgery, 58 total, woooohoooo!!! The only issues I'm having is figuring out my food otherwise no issues at all!!!!

    I'm not sure about ready 4 change but I know when I had my surgery the driver for alighter me picked up a couple from the airport that drove to San Deigo so I'm sure it's possible! Good luck!!!

    I normally just put some slices on lemon on top of it, skin down and cook it on 350 till ready! It's yummy!!

    P.S. I also had a stall for a couple of weeks after surgery, I increased my calories and it help get the pounds decreasing again!

    They asked us at the Mi hospital if you would be willing to share or not, there were 6 of us in the group and we all had our own rooms :-)

    Hi, I was sleeved 10/08 and am don't feel like I'm loosing, I've lost 24lbs since surgery but haven't lost anything in a week, is this normal? Perhaps I'm eating the wrong foods, please help!! What is mfp? Thanks, Charlie

    Hi All, Just wanted to see if any of the ladies and gentleman that had surgery around the same time as me are on here, wanted to see how you all are doing!! I'm great, taking it slowly but my incisions are healing well!! Down 19lbs since surgery on 10/9, that's a total of 41 pounds, yay me!! 2lbs and I'm out of the 300's!! For all of you going to have surgery, good luck, I had mine in Mexico with Dr Garcia and have no issues!
