And I wonder ... What the hell I about to do? That is my question this morning at 4 am . Today is my official day to start my diet (been practicing for almost 2 months) July 3rd is my date! I hope that I am not going to second guess myself about my decision. I know I need to do this ...why can't I think positive that nothing will happen and all I am going to regret is not doing it earlier??? I am so scared ????

I'm so sorry u Feel that way, that really scares me since my day is July 3rd. If is any consolation ; a good friend of mine was feeling the same exact way after surgery, today she is the one motivating me so I don't get nervous. She looks fabulous 70 lbs lighter and looking and feeling so much younger! I hope the spams get better and just think that there is an end to the tunnel!

Yes I started on shakes (awesome) 4 weeks ago and lost 16 lbs people now make me question my decision. But I know in my heart this is what I need to do. I'll say I am very scared!

Hey not sure where u are but I found out about my surgery day will be injuly 3! But I already lost almost 20 pounds with a shake from lifetime it is the best!

How many shakes ?they told me 5 slim fast and one meal...u have the broth when u get hungry ?

I am trying to "practice" my liquid diet since i dont think i am going to be able to do it ... i am terrifyied of the preop... I hate the shakes... any suggestions as to better tasting or making it taste better. today is my second day and i was so hungry! =-(

I am trying to get the surgery in june, hopefully I'll be able to get thru the liquid diet pre op... I am terrified. I am trying to do the 5 sleam fast drinks and the small meal... i dont know if i can do this . people's lack of confidence and support. people think i dont have it straight and i should go to the nutritionist and i will loose weight. my daughters are my only support. I am 5'10' 270 lbs as of today and 40 years old I want to loose at least 100 for sure. i is so disapoining, but i am going ahead with the plan...

I finally decided to go ahead with this surgery in June. My husband had the lapband and kept on eating as usual , as expected he is not supporting me with this decision. Others tell me I should try other ways to loose weight. I am so mad and I am afraid that I will feel the way are feeling. I question my self , I know this is my choice and my health. I have seen all the great outcomes and I am scared and excited. I keep thinking that it is such a short face, compare to the lifetime of rewards. It is worth it! ????
