Got an X-ray. Surgeon said he couldn't believe how much I lost being so wide open. Got a fill firm reminders about eating rules and activity level. Losing again.....

Port is near right "last " rib. I leaned over the console in my Honda to reach other door handle and it reminded me to not do that again and walk around car next time. Just always remember the stomach is like another muscle rest it go to liquids for a few days. -

One year in and 75 lbs. Lipton c/noodle in the dehydrated pkg make the soup and skip noodles. It's not clear but worked great. Good 30 g protien shake at market cooler in veggie isle costs same as just the burger but more flavor protien and v&m plus keeps u satisfied 2-3 hours if drank moderately. 50 lbs to go thanks for support! -
I've been banded for one year I've lost 72 lb and want to loose 70 more lbs. But I am stuck on a plataue since end dec first of year. I have some restriction pain in chest. Staying in protien but Hungary. should I try an unfill or get an X-ray barium test see what my band looks like. How can I get off this set point. 5'3. 189.3 down from 262 first appt and 241 at surgery in one year. Any suggestions.
