I'm 9 wks out and exp the same thing I thought it was just me ........I have lost 55 lbs and now worried I'm not going to loose more so thanks 4 your post it helped a lot:) -

My Surgury was the 28 th I'm having issues getting my liquids proteins staying down . I get indegestion then that foaming in my throat any suggestions? Other than that no pain at all -
I am 5 days post op and was told by Dr to start full liquids everything I try even water feels like omg what have I done so I'm not getting very many calories or protein... Did any one else have this problem also I get that foam

I can have protein drink every meal and either 1/2 cup fruit or veges per meal or snack and 1 protein bar per day goal is to get 70 to 100 grams of protein. Any suggestions? My surgery date is Feb 28th -

I just finished All my pre surgery testing and my date is Feb 28th now Im getting nervious . Wondering all the what ifs......I definitely know I need to loose the weight for quality of life but is this the right choice. -
After my long journey I finally got a date of February 28 providing my EKG and Sleep Apnea test are ok....now I'm nervous because its finally real

I Was approved in June by my insurance Bariatrix closed the their facility here. I have been waiting for my Surgeon to get approved at a hospital It's been 3 going on 4 mos. Should I wait it out or seek another Surgeon.... I just don't want to have to repeat everything I had to do. Different Programs have different guidelines and in some cases cost additional money.... I'm interested in opinions

Today is my Husband 's 1 year anniversary of being sleeved and he has lost 224 lbs. I have been approved but still waiting for my date I really hope I'm successful. Watching him and helping him with his Journey I think I will do well.
