  1. So it took 6 days to feel better? I'm going to try and go back to work as soon as I get out of the hospital. I broke my ankle in December and was out for 4 months. Can't afford to stay out again.

  2. Living with in-laws I can see as a big strain on a marriage. Especially a new marriage. I dont know your situation but if its to save money id say move out. I think your sanity out weighs saving money. Good luck!

  3. I'm the type of person that only goes to the doctor if I'm extremely sick which I know is stupid but I'm just being honest.

To be approved for the sleeve by my insurance I have to get all these test done and wait 6 months and so far I'm almost done with everything and I'm starting to get the results back and I'm learning that I'm a lot worse off than I thought I was. I found out I have high blood pressure and rheumatoid arthritis and acid reflux and I'm two inches shorter then i always thought I was. 5'3 not 5'5! Haha I'm afraid of what else I'm going to find out. And I'm only in month 2 of 6 :(

  4. What they are looking for is that you don't have unreal expectations. Apparently there's a high suicide rate for people that have gone through weight-loss surgery. I haven't gone for my evaluation yet. I'm kinda nervous because at the support group meeting I was crying about never eating bread or drinking a beer again. I was laughing as I was crying because I knew how crazy I looked.

    Best of luck to you!

  5. Me too and I'm only in month 2 of my 6 month approve process. I did all my blood work and most of all the requirements already. I also found out that I wasnt 5'5 as I always thought. 46 inches which is 5'3 but the nurse wrote that I was 5'2 which puts my BMI at a higher rate.
