Hi Webchickadee, with the USB bracelet you can put all that stuff on there and the emergency personnel don't have to call a 1-800 number for the info, it all shows up on their computer. Plus you don't have a yearly charge! They charge you to use their 1-800 help line. It's not free. But you have posted some good info. grandma64 -

I got a USB bracelet from: www.medicalalertjewelry4u.com/usb-medical-alert-bracelets. It it so cool, you can put as much information on it that you want, medications, surgeries, x-rays, contacts, doctors, ect!! The EMS workers will plug it into their laptop they carry on board and it will tell them everything!! It cost me $39.95, well worth the money. They have different styles to choose from. My favorite protein shake is the vanilla flavored high protein Ensure. It is 14 fl. oz, 25 grams protein, 2.5 grams fat, 5 grams sugar, 3 grams fiber. I pour it into crushed ice which makes it really cold, and so refreshing. If you get a chance, give it a try, you'll love it. grandma64
