So what are the things you look forward to doing once you've passed the initial recovery stages? :biggrin2:[/b][/size][/color][/font] I am looking forward to getting my wife pregnant and becoming a father who will be able to have the ability to be what a dad should be without the extra person I weigh restrict my ability to do everything I want to do with my kids

My biggest fear right now is the cathader goiing in my man part lol I very healthy exept for sleep apnea and a 70 bmi but it does scare me I might not wake up

It depends on your current health and how much weight you are suppose to lose I have seen in many cases u need 70 grams of protein and no more than 30-40 grams of carbs I think What u were blessed with has too many carbs -
That is the nutrtitionist at my surgeons officem I need a lot of protein for my bmi is over 70 so with my size I need alot
