I am on 2 mg twice a day

Since I have been home from Surgery and Vacation I am having a terrible time with Sleeping, trouble falling asleep, staying asleep! It's bothering me cuz my energy level is down to nothing! Not working right now so I don't have money for prescriptions or Doctors

I'm 5,5 weeks! Im exercising and still not helping!

I take estrodiol and I took it all the way up to my surgery date and directly after surgery with no problems and I have a history of blood clots in my legs! So no worries! As for losing I'm slowly losing but I'm losing, hopefully I won't have another night like tonight though, I let my head hunger get the better of me! Urgggg I to had a complete hysterectomy in May 2011

Having been through this myself, my heart goes out to you! With that said, yes you love him and always will! However you have to pull yourself together for yourself! Find something that you enjoy doing, take time out for you, your worth it and he's not! Don't give him tge satisfaction of knowing how badly he has hurt you, your just giving him more power! Take the power back! Then go down to the court house file a small claims for half of all the bills that was left when he left, and ask them to have a server serve him! You need to get it together for yourself and your child! Remember your the one who has to make the decisions and count on yourself! God bless I will keep you in my prayers! I was not required to stay after getting surgery done in Mexico! I did vacation in San Diego after Surgery, did all kinds of stuff! However if you do fly make sure you get up and move around as much as you can to prevent blood clots

Ok this sounds stupid but why no celery?

I have to say we are all adults! But this man or woman is going through something! Maybe he is alone and frustrated! We all get there at one point, it's common to have emotional roller coaster with the sleeve! And I have to say as a self paying I did a lot of research before surgery however I had no idea about diet when I started, I am learning along the way, my doctor gave me a piece of paper that had some guidelines on it! However that doesn't help with recipes! Everyone that has put this individual down should be ashamed of themselves and needs to be adult enough to apologize! We do not have all the facts and no one on this forum should be judge especially this harshly! We are here to help each other not judge! He/she was venting and we all have vented on here before! Instead of positive feed back I read a lot of negative and name calling, that's no way to treat anyone! We are all here to help each other! My mom taught me growing up if you have nothing nice to say then don't say anything! So keep that in mind before you post ugliness! I feel bad for this person, and I can relate! As for burgers he's far enough out that a couple bites isn't going to kill him, maybe where ever he was at that's all there was! But if he needs or wants any advise I would be Happy to give it!

I have severe migraines usually a coupl a month! I did not get a migraine until I got on food! And I have been able to take my meds no worries, you should be fine

Single lady here! Single mom and have been for 10 years now! It's time to get healthy for my self and daughter, and then hopefully find the love of my life! I am 30 days post op

Did you get your stitches out yet? If you your may have seperated a little like mine did, of so no biggie! Doctor told me to place some hydrogen peroxide on gauze then dab tge stitch 3 times a day, also said I could use Neosporin! Doctor said now my stitches have to heal from inside out!

Enell Bras are fabulous! However you do get a uniboob when you wear them, for us larger boobed ladies!

You can just ask for a copy of all your records! They do not have to know your getting second opinion! They can not deny you a copy, they are your records, just let them assume it's for your own records

I am really worried about my 10 year old! I feel her weight is a big issue! She is now 120 pounds and under 5 feet! I need to help her get this under control but not sure how to go about it, I don't have a lot of money so I can't hire her a personal trainer! I know that once I am able to go to the gym again I will be dragging her along to walk on the treadmill with me!!! But until the would love to do something!!!! Any advice

The school lunch is a free program for us! And usually she will have it only once a week! But I got some great ideas, and before surgery I got rid of all junk food in the house! Thank you for the great ideAs! I would never let her know this is a concern that's why I used the forum! I remember being told how fat I was by my grAndparents! I always tell her how beautiful she is! Now I just need ways to motivate her to exercise, cuz she's not really into it!
