    Ok my Goals are of coarse to lose the 70 pounds! However by next summer I want to be able to walk a half Marathon without feeling like I am going to die! I also want to make it the rest of the way up the mountain and actually reach Crater Lake and Get to Fish it!

  9. I had surgery in TJ and on day 4 was taking my daughter to the San Diego zoo, and then seaworld, safari park etc, we vacationed for 9 days total! And so no I don't think it would be to much but only you can determine that, just bring an extra comfy cloth and chair and walk

    What Are Your Exercise Plans This Weekend?

    Well I'm late here too! But I hiked up the mountain part way to crater lake, made it half way to the lake, and down again! Then today I hiked up another mountain 1.5 miles to a glacier! Made it to the Glacier! However Crater Lake will not beat me, by next summer I will make it all tge way up!!
  13. Ok you splurged! Now it's time to get it together! Go buy SF jello and Popsicles and thing you know you can enjoy and keep them with you and in your room, ask the hotel for a little frig if you don't have one in the room! It might be $25, but it will be worth it! Then remember if your gonna snack chose healthy options! You can do this, you just stay positive! I know it's really hard! Think about what you want to do then plan out your meals around it!
  14. Start measuring your food with a food scale! I thought I was eating more than I really was until I started measuring!

    No worries you won't have an indent! My doc said to use peroxide on a gauze a dab it! Then let it air dry!! It will heal, it will just be a little longer, it now will heal from inside out! A lot of us this has happened to!

  17. If people ask you just tell them your trying to lose weight the right way, diet exercise, and that's eating very small meals every couple hours, and your doing what the doctor advises you! That makes everyone go oh ok! Plus when I say I can't eat something they sometimes ask why and I tell them that because it's not on my doctor approved food plan, no questions asked after that!

    My left incision felt like it was hard around the incision when I first got mine done! When I went and had my stitches out they checked it and all was fine! They told me some people do that during healing! However if it's warm and your running fever I was told to go to ER immediately
  19. I eat about every 2 to 3 hours and I am just now at 6 weeks! If I eat chicken, tuna, or beef I get full in just a few bites! Soups and yogurts I can eat a couple of ounces! And my protein drinks it usually takes me an hour to an hour and a half to drink 8 ounces!

  21. Maybe it's the eggs, have you tried chicken or pork! I know eggs didn't agree with me especially hard boiled, but I could do scrambled!
  22. Why does Lunch make you sick??? I was told when we started eating normal food between 600 and 800 calories but I think it depends on your body! Some days I have a hard time getting that
  23. My full feeling starts to feel like I wonna say almost like heart burn, but it's not, hard to explain! But also I get a runny rose when I start to get full! I really have to pay attention or I won't notice the signal! I still drink one to two shakes a day and just eat a small dinner! I do have 2 snacks through the day to! Usually yogurt or Popsicle or something
