Surgery is done waiting on the surgeronto tell me i can go shower and head home! Very sore and in mild pain but imma walk walk walking and drik drink drinking!

I am getting sleeved jan 29th 4 days away! I am so excited to not be winded after playing with my one and a half year old, i am excited not to wear out the crotch in my jeans all the time, i want my man to be able to pick me up. Im excited for the shopping and dressing like the 23 year old i am an not a 60 year old. I want to not be called fat or hear " lose some weight" yelled from a speedig vehichle while i walk on the side walk. I want to feel happy with me!

YES! Omg i hat it i started the 20th this month and im scheduled for surgery 29th of this month. Its really difficult but I keep thinking mushies in a week and a half or so:) i can have broth, sf jello, unjury, a half cup cottage cheese and 8 oz of milk. Thats it. I miss food. Itll be over soon and it wont be so hard once we are sleeved.

I am so sick of liquids only i just want cjicken or a salad the unjury is gross! Surgery on the 29 im trying to hang tight but im so hungry!

I feel the same way i have my fiance my one and ayear and half old little girl my best friebd lives no where near me and is a medical student and my fiance is trying to sabotage my liquid diet as we speak. I feel alone this forum and my youtube channel people really are so supportive dont listen to your mom you cant fail bc you have a life to live and children to love and care for. They are so important its unreal. Best of luck.

So a week before my preop liquid diet i did my own thing. I made sure to drink my water excercise everyday with my walking video and make better choices instead of a burger an fries at mcds i got a side salad an a side of grilled chicken an a yogurt parfait. That kind of stuff, now I am day 3 of liquids and I am so happy in the last 13 days I have lost 10 pounds!!! I feel great!! I haven't lost this much in over a year! Down from 330 (pre 6 months of bariatric testing) down to 311.8 !!!! I am thrilled, to anyone struggling you can do it. I am the biggest couch potato/ sweetavoire i know and I am doing it!

Im currently on my liquid diet i got unjury chocolate vanilla and unflavored the unflavored i highly recommend splitting it up cause its nasty i had it in 12 oz of crystal light is smelt like butt made like an inch of froth and tasted gross i had to plug my nose to get it dpwn today. Bleck

So i had a unjury shake w milk this morning and all i can say is funkalicious. Like the chocolate is good but for breakfast no. Please help what do you mix in your shakes to spice it up an make it palitable? I can have juice coffee tea water an broth help

I think ill break up the unflavored scoops to 2 seperate drinks cause a scoop in one drink is too nasty i am like desperately trying to hold down each gulp. Second nastiest thing ive ever had.

So its ' lunch time' at work and i mixed an unflavored in my crystal light its frothy and smells like butt i added an extra packet of crystal light and its still funky i dont think ill use much unflavored.

Yeah I thought it was weird too, i started my diet today all i have to say in funkalicious like its alright but a thick chocolate shake for breakfast is no egg an cheese. Congrats on ur surgery!! My pre op appt is the 24 let me know how urs goes!

So I got my approval and I an scheduled for surgery jan 29th I am incredibly nervous and excited-ish and arghhh all at once. I have a one and a half year old and it breaks my heart to be so far away from her and not being able to lift and play with her for 6 weeks but I want to live an be happy to see her and my future children grow up. I want to break my familiez cycle of dyin of heart diseases blood pressure issues and diabetis an obesity. I will no longer let myself live to eat, there is so much more to life I am 23 I have a happy future to look forward too. If anyone has any words of encouragement or wisdom to give please say it. These nerves and anxiety are taking thier toll, wish I had more family support and understanding.

So everynight I go to sleep at like 4-5am cause i keep thinking about my surgery, tomorrow starts my liquid diet and i am feeling seriously anxious. I hope this 9 days flies by.

Im a bundle of nerves im a crazy coupon lady and i got all the broth crystal light posicles and protien mixes an jello i will need for my nine day pre op liquid diet and 2 weeks post op diet im so happy i got 95% of my shopping done well in advance and i stayed well in my budget just gotta clean an try an stay busy cause im super nervous good luck to you!
