I have gone down 8 sizes since april. I have a lit of restriction. I am happy though. Is it too fast?

Yea you all are right. I quit sodas a month before. I had a sip and made me burp. I just saw a pic of cream soda. It looked good! I have only drank protien shakes, milk, and water for 4 months.

Is it totally bad if I have a few sips once a month?

I chose the band cause I was too scared to be cut into. The risks were lower and the cost was cheaper. Lol

Bread and pastas are out. Beware tho. I had a fill then two weeks later I got my restriction.

I have to sit outside a subway and wait on my ride at wirk. IT SMELLS SO GOOD!!!! But for me bread and pasta is out. I am in my green zone. I just have to chew my food better

4/11/12. Last fill 4 weeks ago. About 4.5 in a 10 cc band. Wait the infill was 4 weeks.ago. I usually use my phone. I did npt know about profiles. I have lost about 30 lbs. I still loose. I throw up a lot even after the unfill

Me too!!! The mental part of making myself food or going out and looking at a menu. I thought it would pass by now. I got up and made six eggs. Then after twi I was full. Then I got so stuck I threw up for an hour.

I do not own a scale. I eat and drink right. I go on clothes size and other comments. Do not worry the weight will come off.

Wow I have that problem of eating too fast and not chewing. I thought about an unfill but I am loosing weight.

It will pass. Do not watch TV there are a lot of commercials with food.
