I'm getting used to it but it is hard. I'm used to guzzling my drinks with my meals. I'm hoping over time it won't be a big deal.

I was told to take no pill larger than the top of a pencil eraser.

Has anyone found a good cereal? High fiber, high protein? I haven't found a good one yet. It wouldn't be something I'd eat all of time but every once in a while I get a hankering for some cereal. Thanks! Nichole

My 1st fill was today also. I had 4 ccs in already, got one more cc today for a totally of 5 ccs in a 10 cc band. I guess my doc office is pretty aggressive. -

I have my post op today, my first fill, and a appointment with the nutritionist. Surgery was 4/19. I am so excited. Weight loss has been slow for me as well...I keep going up two, down 2. Total loss 24 lbs, 7 lbs since surgery. I can eat whatever just slightly less than I used to. -
