I get the munchies when I'm about to and get my lil friend once a month it's so annoying how I want to eat everything in sight lol

I have the special k snack bars I think I need more special k snack lol

That's how I'm today as well I'm just munching on everything I need to stop lol I know right it throws me off but I need to control myself

Took my daughter to go see mirror mirror and we had to wait since we were early so there was a Jonny rocket Resturant so we went in and she wanted breaded hot wings with bacon cheese French fries I ate 3 of her wings dipped them in ranch and I ate like 15 to 20 of this fries I was so stuffed! Then at the movie theater she had a small popcorn and I ate some too :-/ I feel so guilty never again shall I cheat I never cheat! !!! Anyways I must burn it on the treadmill tomorrow !

That's good u lost 40 lbs the band fits about 10cc I'm starting to have those stuck episodes and now it's starting to kinda hurt a lil when it hurts that means stop eating cause ur full! Lol I can't wait for my next fill I just wanna get filled outta one spoon lol

I've lost about 30lbs but I want to loose more I still feel fat I'm excersicing and eating right and it's just coming off slow to me! My next filling is April 22nd and instead of 1cc they're putting half of that from now on I want it tighter I love being restricted lol I get full but not so quick I can eat like about 1 cup and a half or maybe 2 cups
