Wanted to find out from all of the sleevers......... What has worked best for you to help with faster weight loss ? What helped you break out of weightloss stalls? I know everyone loses different just want to see if what works for you will also work for me : ) Thanks !!!!

I am in the same boat !!! I just said exactly what you posted to my friend a few minutes ago!!! My friend and I had surgery the same day May 17 and she was 40 lbs heavier than I was and now weighs 35 pounds less than I do !! I am so happy for her But I a like what the crap !!?? I have been at the same weight for 2 months now living off tuna fish anything high protein. And I still can not lose : ( Good luck to you and if you break your stall please share with me how you did : ) And I will do the same for you !! You do look fantastic !! However I feal your pain with surgery I am dieting more and harer with no results and it is very hard to deal with !!

Hello everyone !!!! Is anyone on here going to Mexico for VSG surgery with Dr. Almanza, May 7th ? I would love to have a Mexico sleeve buddy !!!

I too am a SLOW loser !!! : ( Happy with the weight I have lost I need to lose 20 more and was hoping to be at goal by now . My weight loss seems to be 2 -3 lbs every 5 weeks I am almost 8 months post op and I have had no hair loss and my shin is does have some issues not to awfuly bad so I am crediting that to the slow weight loss. I am going to step up my exercise and cut out all sugars Hoping this will get me to goal Quick : ) Good luck to you and congratulations on you weight loss !!!!!

I to am having the same problem !!! I do drink sweat tea and I feel this is my problem. I am going to start water only , No sugars at all !! And boiled chicken and veggies I will eat friuit for my sweet tooth LOL . And I will increase my exercise . I am really hopng that this works let me know what you do that gets you back to losing . I will be 8 mths post op Jan 08 2013 : ) I am happy with the surgery just want to hurry and get to goal : )

You look AWESOME !!!! I am willing to bet that all of us that have had this surgery HATE the way we look naked !!! I know my Thighs and butt are just plain YUCK. But in due time there is a surgery for that too : ) LOL !! I have 23 more to go I gave been a very slow loser . I love the fact I had the sirgery I would not be this close to my goal weight without it !! Keep up the good work !!

Thank you all for responding to my post. I also thought this was only me , I am sad to know yall are going through the samething however I am glad it is not just me !!! I was starting to think my body was destined to be fat. I am hoping we all continue to lose and no matter the rate. A little faster would be nice, but I will take a loss on the scale at any rate!! I just feel that my body should be eating its self by now with as little as I can eat!! If anyone you figure out a reason as to why this is happening or something you have discovered that speeds things up a little I would LOVE TO hear all about it : ) Hope you all have a great weekend !!!!

I am just a few days shy of being 5 months post op. And for the past 2 months I will lose 2 pounds and stall for a few weeks. This seems to be the normal for me. I don't understand what is going on, has anyone else had this problem? Comments and suggestions are very much welcome !!! Thanks
