    Ready for the 30th, had my final pro-opp today. Nervous but ready for the new start on life...

    I'm new to the group, I am ending my first week of the liquid diet (15lbs lost so far)... It's been hard specially watching the games but I'm doing it. My surgery is on the 30th of this month, kind of nervous and going back and forth about doing it still. Happy to find this group!!!!

    Thank you everyone for all the advice... VGS Ready, yeah the first two days of the pre-op diet has been crazy but I been doing ok. Good luck with everyones surgery and progress...

    I am getting the sleeve on the 30th of this month. There is only one person that knows about it (my wife), I havent told my other family members because of fear of what they would say. I care what they (specially my moms) think and say but I still want to keep it between us. What should I do?

    I am nervous, I just had my pre-op Friday 13 and my surgery is scheduled for the 30 if this month… I haven’t set a weight goal thus far, but I can’t to see the lbs. come off.
