I'm so fustrated I have been on atkins and juicing and the scale went up. I have an appoiontment to see the surgeon on Monday. I was supposed to lose 10% during my Kaiser options classes and didnt the scale keeps going up. I have PCOS and had a very hard time at the end of last year. I was given 3 different birth control pills to control my crazy period from hell and since then I have gained 25 pounds after I stopped taking them. At this point I feel like a failure.
