My endoscopy went well, and i should go for results on the 5th of this month....i am almost ready for surgery and so excited about the journey.

I hope so..i want to be on the forum stating how much i have lost and helping and encouraging people.

I remember being 125 in high school at one point also and before i got married i was 140...so i will be happy if i get to 140 but i am being greedy and shooting for 125. I am excited and very nervous. I have had a c section and lipo before, but for some reason my mind feels like this is more drastic...even though i think the c section would be worse. It took me 6 weeks to recover from that. It was very painful.

I am close to your stats. My date has been set to april 16 Not from california though. I am from texas. 36 yr old 5'4" 210 Goal weight is 125

Those are my stats currently and working on getting sleeved. Anyone have a success story to share? I am overall pretty healthy.

I havent even told my mom.only my husband knows an one sister..i have another sister i have not told cause i find her sometimes innocently spilling the beans...so i choose not to tell anyone..when i get the surgery i am just gonna tell my boss it was a hernia fix..which is true as well..i dont like my private life getting out there.

Congratulations

So i met with my doc today. We went over endoscopy results. I have a hernia and he will fix during surgery. I would say two more weeks till surgery. He said i only have to do liquid preop diet for about 3 days...and he just wants me to replace some not all meals with protein drinks. My bmi is 36. I am 36 yrs old..and i am 5 4". I am excitedand nervous. Just mainly because i dont know how long it will take me to recover..and i fear waking up with 85 percent of my stomach gone. I think that cancer patients do this..and yet i am doing it too loose weight.which is also a condition because my quality of life is just not there. I cant even wear skirts because my legs touch and it hurts to walk..and i get sweaty...i tried my size 16 jeans yesterday and they don't fit. I have never gone past a size 16. I see a double chin..and my arms are huge. I can't seem to look good in any clothing. Well hope all goes well. Thanks for listening.

I haven't seen any threads that talk about this. I think for the most part it is case by case and depends on the couple but ladies and gentlemen..now that you have lost so much weight and look so much better..have things improved with your hubby? Or is he/she just become too jelous?
