i have been questioning it all day especially since i am on 2 day liquid diet. i feel like i should wake up thin. do you have to do any pre op dier. i was eatting my sugar free ice pop and my husband wanted one after he just ate pizza. after i told him it was sugar free he didn't want it this should be fun

it took aetna about one week to approve me surgery scheduled wed. you should hear something soon. started my 2 day liquid diet today i feel like i should be thin by tom. i don't know how people did this for 3 weeks. i guess after wed i will be doing it for 3 weeks;-)

my insurance approved me and my surgery is scheduled for wed. my bmi is 39 I don't really have any health issues. the only problem is my insurance only paid 1/2 so it cost me 13000. it probably would have been cheaper to go to mexico but my dr has a good reputation and I want to be close to home -

ok now I am getting really nervous surgery is next wed. the process went much quicker then I thought. I started last month. I feel really clueless in. regards to post op everything. my dr just sent put my packet. where do you her the protein shakes and which are the best. are there good recipes for them. I plan on going back to work the following week has anyone else gone back a week later. please give me wasn't tips you can I am having my surgery in louisville ky. dr geller. thanks

any protein drinks you can suggest. my insurance approved it in a week. I also started backwards I met the dr first filled out the initial packet and had it ready when I went to the seminar. I also was able to prI've 6 months of documented efforts to lose weight. I got lucky since I did.not even know I nreseda it. I guess all the stars were aligned

you are all a very inspirational group. I am having my surgery next wednesday and I am very nervous. I only started the process last month. I guess all the stars were aligned because my insurance was approved quickly along with everyone else acting quickly. I just started reading the board my dr put the pre,ip.packet in. the mail they do not think I needed to do a long preip diet. I kind of feel clueless now after reading everything. where do you get the protein shakes and which ones are the best. thanks for any tips -
I am having my surgery on 4/4 and plan on returning to work the following week. I am glad to hear someone say they also did. I am not considered high risk which might help with recovery since I really don't even know what to expect after. Hopefully ignorance is bliss and I will just go with the flow

I found out today my surgery is scheduled for 4/4 my insurance approved it quickly which is a good thing. I just discovered this web site today. I am hoping I can get feedback on what to expect. I am looking forward to.the surgery and after reading about the different surgery options I though this was the best for me.

what is the average weight loss the first month. are most people happy they did it. any regret? the sleeve was really my only choice . most people who I know who had the lap band did not lose and I don't know anyone who made iit, to their goal.

how long do you have to be on the pre surgery diet . the doctors office sent out the packet today. the doctor said I will only be in. the hospital one day he does not consider me high risk since I do not have high blood pressure and my gnu is under 40. he is a highly recommended doctor does this sound right?
