went back to work today I was sleeved on 4/4 I only told 2 people out was funny people were looking at my and you could tell they knew something was different but couldn't figure. some people told me I looked well rested like I just came back from vacation. it was not as hard going back as I thought out would be felt good too

what has been the average weight loss for the first week post op

my dr said sometimes the sleeve shrinks and they may have to stretch it out he said if I have that problem try to hang in and it gets better call your dr

I had mine on the 4/4 and I lost 12 I guess that us ok

I am on.clear liquida for 2 more weeks post ip 4/4 I can actualluly day I am not hungry at all. I love my protein drinka premier shakes. 30 grams each. can I drink more then 2 of I want. I struggle more with the water but someone said the protein goes towards liquid intake.

why do some have to do pre ip and others don't. I had to do day day pre ip to clean out my system

I am now thinking of working with people who are thinking of having wls and those that had since it is a drastic change of life and.my dr said you can see people will make it and others will not s due to their mindset. positive attitude is the most important and is what they all looking for along with a support system in. place maybe not.only will I be thin but find a new job also I am an lcsw on louisville ky

I had mine 4/4 and I am black tom. I been feeling great a little bored. I also have a desk job I am a therapist so I just have to sit there and listen to clts. the pysch of the procedure was the easy part since I knew what they were looking for. I am now thinking

I had my surgery on 4/4 the only place that still bothers me is my left shoulder or gas pains of I drink too fast. walking does help. I am glad you are having an easy time.

I had my sleeve on 4/4 I am having a really easy time getting 60 grams of protein in not to good with the water and I am normally a water drinker. I put crystal light in it but I am struggling. I had 48 oz is that ok per day until I can get more in . I know they are both important but what is more important. I an on clear liquids for the next 2 weeks. I have not really had anything else but water and protein. I really do feel great otherwise

my dr had me on clear liquids for 2weeks surgery was 4/4. I think I will make some soups. you are not going to be allowed to eat solids for awhile

I agree I know this is a personal choice and everything of about perspective but to cut out half your stomach for 30lbs is drastic. good luck with your decision

I did not have staples but when they removed the drain it was a weird feeling pressure. it came out fast. how come you had staples. I had foot surgery and when they took out the staples it did not hurt

I have not told anyone at work except my.bff who told me everyone was concerned about me. I was going to use the gallbladder one but then thought what if it really does need to come out. I like the hernia one. I was going to day a cyst on the overy. but I am going with the hernia. thanks

I love premier shakes my dr told me about them he drinks them. I have no trouble getting them down. they are also on the list the nut have me

just wondering when everyone noticed their first big weight loss. I had my surgery on 4/4 and I think I lost about 7lbs. I have been able to get in. all the protein I like, the premier shakes and the water but have not eaten anything. I am on clear liquids until 4/20 then mushies. just curious when I can see my first big loss. thanks for s all your support. I do not regret doing it for one minute. the pain has been very minimal not taking any meds

I did not have to do a pre ip der. I did have to do 2 day liquid diet I don't think I lost really anything on thanks
